Marcelo Hahn is the founder, board member and CEO of Blau Farmacêutica, founded in 1987, after deciding to enter the Brazilian pharmaceutical segment.
He led the company’s consolidation and is responsible for defining the general direction, the new business strategy and the implementation of the company’s expansion plan, nationally and internationally.
Douglas Rodrigues is Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from FEAO, a post-graduate degree from FAAP and an Executive MBA from Insper. Moreover, he has an extension course from the University of Pennsylvania.

Eliza Saito is Chief Quality Officer.
Graduated in Biochemical Pharmacy from Faculdade Oswaldo Cruz, with a major in the pharmaceutical industry. She also completed a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology from Universidade Mogi das Cruzes.
Before joining the company, she worked at several pharmaceutical companies, such as Bunker Indústria Farmacêutica, Instituto Terapêutico Delta, Brasmédica and Laboratórios Biosintética..
Roberto Altieri is Chief Legal Officer.
Graduated in Law from Faculdade de Direito do Largo de São Francisco – Universidade de São Paulo (Law School of the University of São Paulo), majoring in Public and Private Law.
Before joining the company, he worked as a self-employed lawyer serving not only the company itself, but also several companies in the construction, agricultural and pharmaceutical industries, such as MPD Engenharia, Agropec S.A., Laboratório Ativus, Arese Pharma, among others.
Roberto Morais is COO and Chief M&A and Operations (USA and Europe) Officer.
Graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Escola Politécnica – University of São Paulo (USP), he has an MBA in Marketing from FIA/FEA.
Before joining the company, he worked at several companies, such as GE Capital, Unibanco AIG Warranty, MHAG Mineração e Serviços, Barrera Pharma Representações Ltda and held the position of CEO at São Miguel Holding e Investimentos.

Before joining the company, Amaro worked at several companies in the healthcare industry, such as BBraun, Cristália/Biochimico, Eurofarma and União Química.
Ana Ivanov is Chief People, Management and ESG Officer.
Graduated in Psychology from Unipaulista, she has an MBA in Strategic Business Management and completed the Management Development Program at Fundação Dom Cabral.
Before joining the company, she worked at several companies, such as Razzo, Opersan Resíduos Industriais, Adivel Caminhões e Ônibus, Contax and Teleperformance.

Graduated in Medicine from Faculdade de Medicina do ABC, she also holds an MBA in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Before joining the company, she worked at Cepho, being responsible for the LATAM and Global medical executive board at Bayer.
Erica Maluf is Chief Regulatory Affairs Officer.
Graduated in Pharmacy with Qualification in the Industry from UNIFENAS, she holds an MBA in Marketing from USP and majored in Physical-Chemical Quality Control and Health Law.
Before joining the company, she worked at several companies, such as Novartis, Hexal do Brasil and Zambom.
Milton Rizo is Chief Industrial Operations Officer.
Graduated in Mechanical Production Engineering from CEUNSP, she has an MBA in Economics and Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Before joining the company, he worked in several companies, such as Ourofino Saúde Animal, Eurofarma and EMS.
Uilberson Silva is Chief Research, Development and Innovation Officer.
Graduated in Industrial Pharmacy from Universidade Estadual de Goiás, he holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Industrial Management from Faculdade Oswaldo Cruz and in Business Management from FIA.
Before joining the company, he worked at several pharmaceutical companies, such as Laboratório Teuto, Eurofarma and Momenta Farmacêutica.
Vanderlei Schiavo is Chief Technology, Digital Transformation and Innovation Officer.
Graduated in Business Administration from Universidade São Francisco (USF), he holds a postgraduate degree in Software Engineering from Faculdade São Judas and an MBA in Business Management with a major on ERP SAP from PUC.
Before joining the company, he worked in several companies, such as Grupo NC, Firsteam Consulting, Sonda IT and Grupo Formitex.

Mr. Rodolfo graduated in Economic Sciences from the Faculdade de Ciências Econômicas de Buenos Aires – Argentina since 1965. In 1966, he founded Laboratório Terápica Paulista Ltda., later called Ariston Indústrias Químicas e Farmacêuticas Ltda., where he served as CEO until 2007. Mr. Rodolfo has been a member of the Company’s Board of Directors since 2011 and is currently the chairman of said body.

Mr. Antonio Carlos Buzaid graduated from Universidade de São Paulo, where he received the Rockefeller Foundation award for Best Student in Basic Subjects. He completed a Fellowship in Hematology and Oncology at the University of Arizona, where he received the Eleanor B Connel Award for best fellow. Soon after, he was Assistant Professor at Yale University and Medical Director of the Melanoma Center and Co-Director of the University's Lung Cancer Center for 4 years. Thereafter, he was Associate Professor at MD Anderson Cancer Center Hospital and Medical Director of the Multidisciplinary Melanoma and Skin Cancer Center for 5 years. At MDACC, he was awarded the Teacher of the Year award. In 1998, he created, together with Dr. Raul Cutait and Frederico Costa, the Oncology Center of Hospital Sírio Libanês. From 1998 to 2010, he was Director of the Oncology Center at Hospital Sírio-Libanês. In 2011, he became General Head of Antonio Ermírio de Moraes Oncology Center of Beneficência Portuguesa in São Paulo and, in November 2015, he became a Member of the Management Committee of the Dayan-Daycoval Oncology Center of Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein.
Mr. José Antônio Miguel Neto graduated in Law in 1985 from Universidade de São Paulo, having worked as a lawyer at the law firm Stroeter, Trench e Veirano Advogados (between 1989 and 1990) and at Johnson and Johnson S/A (between 1985 and 1989). Since 1990, Mr. José Antônio has been a partner at the law firm Miguel Neto Advogados. In addition, Mr. José Antônio served as a judge at the Tax and Fees Court (between 2004 and 2007), in addition to having been a member of the board of directors of Companhia de Concessões Rodoviárias – CCR, Salomão and Zoppi Laboratórios de Diagnósticos S/ A, Banco Fibra SA, Chímica Baruel S/A and FLC – Lâmpadas, among others. Finally, between 2010 and 2012 Mr. José Antônio served as president of Interlegal – World Organization of Lawyers headquartered in London.
Mr. Roberto is the Company’s COO and Chief M&A Officer, responsible for overseeing Blau’s M&A operations and strategy.
Prior to joining Blau, Roberto held executive board positions in companies of the most varied industries, such as GE Capital, Unibanco AIG Warranty, MHAG Mineração e Serviços, Barrera Pharma Representações Ltda, and even held the position of CEO at São Miguel Holding e Investimentos.
Roberto has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escola Politécnica – USP and an MBA in Marketing from FIA/FEA.
Ms. Andréa has an undergraduate degree in business administration from Faculdade Nuno Lisboa, and graduate degrees and MBAs in the areas of human resources and business administration, with certifications by IBGC, ESPM, ICI USA Zurich Blue Academy and USA ABN Academy. She currently serves as a full member of the IBGC Personnel Committee, of the Board of Directors of Business Professional Women SP, with an executive position at FriendsBee, having already been in charge of the HR board at Scania Brasil, Zurich Seguros, as well as an executive position at Banco Santander, Banco Real and Star One.
Ms. Simone Agra has an undergraduate degree in business administration from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, and graduate degrees and MBAs in the areas of management, marketing and corporate governance, with certification as an Advisor by the IBGC. Currently, she participates as an effective member of the Audit and Risk Committee and of the Strategy Committee of Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz and Independent Advisor of Síntese B2B, having already served on the Board of Directors of ABIMED - Brazilian Association of High Technology Industry of Health Products, the management committee of the Edwards Foundation and the executive board of Edwards Lifesciences, Allergan Pharmaceuticals and BD – Becton Dickinson.
